If someone asked me if I had any good slow cooker recipes to share, this would be it.
These Asian ribs are absolutely delicious especially when it's paired with rice and any Asian greens. It's definitely a recipe that is perfect to whip up during the colder months.
Ingredients
2kg of beef ribs
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 tsp garlic, minced
1 thumb of ginger, grated
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 red chillies, sliced
Instructions
Place the ribs into the slow cooker.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl and pour the sauce over the ribs.
Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
Serve over rice with Asian greens. Enjoy!
Notes:
* Make sure the ribs are defrosted/thawed before you place them in the slow cooker.
*How to check if the ribs are ready? They will be falling of the bone.
